Technical Due Diligence

Our technical team have provided several technical due diligence reports for Bank loan. These reports have been redacted during the design and development & construction of the wind plant. The reports mitigates variety of technical, legal and socio-environmental risks regarding the bank loan.

In brief

The project is located in very windy area in Romania, in Bihor County.
The main objective of the project was to build a wind farm with an installed capacity of 11.5 MW, in order to produce electricity from renewable sources.

The aims of the technical reports were to identify technical risks that could compromise the project’s profitability and bankability.

The outcome of these document reviews was the technical evaluation of the project with a particular focus on technical feasibility.

A number of site inspections rounded up the evaluation, including contract management, construction management, condition survey of thedrive train, functional checks of the safety devices, sensors and braking systems, etc.
